How does billing work?

SaaS subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Paddle. Service retainers are invoiced monthly in advance with net-7 terms for the first engagement and net-15 thereafter.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Optimizer subscriptions can be cancelled from your account dashboard and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Service retainers require 30 days written notice after the initial minimum term.

Do you offer refunds?

What payment methods do you accept?

Through Paddle: all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional payment methods. Service retainers can additionally be paid via wire transfer.
