From 60–70% ACoS to Under 18% on Amazon.com
Queenza Crafts, an Indian handicrafts brand selling through Amazon Global Selling, came to Hive Mind Nestor with advertising that cost more than it earned. We rebuilt the account and its campaigns, and the brand now runs profitable ads across ten advertising profiles in nine marketplaces — with our optimizer reviewing its search terms every day.
The Business
Queenza Crafts is an Indian home décor and handicrafts brand that sells to shoppers abroad through Amazon Global Selling, starting with Amazon.com. Like most exporters, it competes for US shoppers with sellers who live in the time zone, ship domestically and advertise in their own language — and every advertising mistake is multiplied by freight, duty and currency conversion.
The Problem
When Queenza first engaged Hive Mind Nestor through the Amazon Service Provider Network, its advertising was running at an ACoS of 60–70%: for every dollar of ad-driven sales, 60 to 70 cents went back to Amazon in ad spend. With an exporter’s landed costs, that left no margin on those sales at all.
The account had the familiar symptoms:
- Low visibility for products that should have been competitive
- Listings that weren’t built around the search terms shoppers actually used
- Campaigns that spent broadly without separating what converted from what didn’t
What We Did
Queenza started with account management, then added advertising optimisation and cataloguing:
- An account audit to find where margin and visibility were leaking
- Listing optimisation around the search terms that convert, so every ad click landed on a page built to sell
- Restructured advertising across Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, separating discovery from proven terms so spend went where orders came from
- Ongoing management as the brand expanded beyond Amazon.com — today its advertising spans ten profiles across nine marketplaces, including the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Poland and Belgium
The Results
In Queenza’s own words, in its verified review on the Amazon Service Provider Network:
“They have created best ever result of ACOS<18% for us. Earlier it was 60-70%.”
And from Farah Khan, the brand’s owner:
“Our ROAS doubled within the first quarter of working together.”
The account has stayed profitable at scale. As of May 2026:
| Metric | Figure |
|---|---|
| Revenue, trailing 12 months | $201,127 |
| Units sold, trailing 12 months | 8,713 |
| ACoS, year to date | 28% |
| ROAS, year to date | 3.8x |
Figures are for Queenza’s Amazon account as tracked by Hive Mind Nestor. ACoS and ROAS move with seasonality and with how much the brand chooses to invest in growth; the under-18% figure is Queenza’s best result, as stated in its review.
What’s Next: Daily Search-Term Review
In September 2026 Queenza became the first account on Hive Mind Ad Optimizer, the tool we built from the same playbook. Every morning its agent reads Queenza’s Sponsored Products search terms and proposes which to negate and which to promote to exact match, with the clicks, spend and reason behind each one.
It runs in review-only mode: in its first two weeks it completed a daily review every morning and proposed 21 promotions to exact match and 2 negative keywords — and nothing changes in the account until the team has reviewed those proposals and chosen to let it act.
