How it works
Connecting your Etsy shop
Sellers register for an ESeller360 account and connect their Etsy shop through Etsy's standard OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code flow. Once a seller grants access, ESeller360 uses the resulting access token to make authenticated requests to the Etsy Open API v3 on their behalf.
During authorization, the application requests only the scopes required for its functionality:

The seller's Etsy login credentials are never requested, stored, or transmitted through ESeller360 — authentication is handled entirely through Etsy's own OAuth infrastructure.

How we use your data
When a seller connects their Etsy shop, ESeller360 accesses shop, listing, order, and inventory data via the official Etsy Open API v3. This data is used exclusively to:

- Perform actions the seller explicitly initiates on their own shop
- Display performance summaries for the authorizing seller's own account
Your Etsy data is never:
- Shared with third parties
- Aggregated across sellers
- Sold to data brokers or competitors
- Used for any purpose outside the features the seller has enabled
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely and rotated automatically before expiry. Sellers can disconnect their Etsy shop and revoke ESeller360's access at any time from within the application settings. All data accessed through the API remains the seller's own.
